van:go! pricing

van:go! pricing for the normal sameday service is based on 75p per loaded mile. In other words you only pay for the delivery mileage, not the return journey. Our normal maximum load weight is 800kg. Larger vehicles are available. Please request prices and availability.

All our charges are calculated using the shortest practical routes obtained using AutoRoute software - postcode to postcode. If we have to detour to avoid traffic hold-ups, you will still pay the original shortest route price.

Multiple deliveries
Multiple deliveries are charged at the total delivery mileage using the most direct route from point to point, plus £5.00 per additional drop. Regular runs and return deliveries can be quoted at a discounted rate.

Any extras?

Well, VAT obviously, but we also charge extra for waiting time at £2.50 per 15 minute period after the first 15 minutes, which is free. Ferries, tolls and fees such as congestion charges are extra too (at cost). We don't charge for parking tickets, unless they are incurred as a direct result of your delivery requirements. Any speeding fines are down to us - we need to be quick, but not that quick! As far as is practical we always quote the full charges in advance of accepting a job, but reserve the right to pass on such extra costs as are reasonalbly incurred in making the delivery.
